YOUR DAILY JOURNEY:


  • With your reservoir of expertise, you handle operational (day-to-day) support in pharmaceutical artwork management.
  • While you don’t have to be in touch with everyone under the sun, you will collaborate with a variety of external service providers responsible for the various change steps, e.g. outsourced artwork service provider(s), contract manufacturing organizations, and 3rd party logistics providers.
  • You can take the heat when you ensure that suppliers are completing tasks and forms within the defined timelines.
  • You monitor the production artwork development – from planting workorders to final material.
  • You easily dust up and facilitate resolutions of artwork file or printing issues with suppliers or printing houses, and escalate any unresolved issues.
  • You don’t bury your head in the sand when it comes to coordinating variable data requirements, cross-checking data, or filling forms on a regular basis.
  • You make our projects bloom by helping to develop, communicate, and manage project priorities, timelines, and status to internal and external partners.
  • With your thirst for development, you support the implementation of a future electronic artworks workflow tool.
  • You leave your footprints by managing and ensuring the alignment of master data for item codes, and taking on the management of bill of material and purchase information.
  • You don’t burn your fingers when efficiently handling tracking tools.

  • Your written and spoken fluency in English assures you a place in the sun when communicating with colleagues and external parties alike.
  • You’re proactive and provide an oasis of excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Your attentiveness to details as well as your reliable and transparent way of work put everyone else in the shade.
  • IT isn’t a constant thorn in your side, on the contrary: You’re proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, BOX, and possibly TraceLink.
  • You don’t feel deserted when faced with design applications and pre-press steps.
  • Your background in global and country-specific artwork and packaging & labeling requirements isn’t just a mirage.
  • You’re sharp as a needle in regulatory requirements for product labeling (QRD, SmPC).
  • Your understanding of coding and serialization requirements is as right as rain.
