WHERE YOU’LL DRIFT TO:
- You make sure that the accounting team does not collide and therefore take care of:
- review, account assignment, and posting of invoices for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- management of asset and bank accounting
- preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- preparation and submission of reports to the authorities
- reconciliation and clarification of supplier, customer accounts, and general ledger accounts
- monitoring of accounts and incoming payments.
- You bear all ongoing accounting tasks in mind and deal with them, such as processing and monitoring payment transactions, or bookkeeping in cooperation with our tax advisor.
- You don't give us the cold shoulder when our growth requires support in other processes and financial projects.
WHAT’LL KEEP YOU FROM SINKING:
- A completed training or a degree in finance and accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, or economics will prepare you to weather any storm.
- Ideally, you haven't kept your paws off the practical side of accounting until now.
- Thanks to your experience when it comes to DATEV or comparable accounting software, you aren't on thin ice when working with them.
- With your ability to learn, teamwork skills, excellent organizational talent, and strong problem-solving abilities, you'll master the day-to-day accounting work and make sure even tight deadlines won't snowball into problems.
- Thanks to your German and English skills alike, your head doesn't swim when communicating both orally and in writing.
- With your analytical skills and affinity for numbers, figures don't make you freeze.
- Your MS Office skills are not in hibernation.
- With your team player qualities and your understanding of service, you melt customers and colleagues alike.
